3. Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is a natural ingredient that is popular for treating many different conditions and many different skin disorders such as eczema. You have to also use apple cider vinegar with caution because if you use too much the soft tissue can be damaged by the acid.

4. Colloidal oatmeal
Another popular substance is oatmeal specifically colloidal oatmeal, which is also called avena sativa has skin healing properties as well. The properties that the oatmeal has are antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.These properties make the oatmeal effective against dry skin, scaling, roughness, and itching.

5. Other remedies that soothe eczema
Oatmeal, coconut oil, and honey are also reputed to soothe eczema and the frequency of flare ups. Eczema may not be able to be cured but there are many different ways that you can treat the symptoms to make it easier to live with the disorder when flare-ups do occur.
